The deadline for entry forms in ALL age divisions has been set for May 15th. Entries MUST BE POSTMARKED by May 15th and must be accompanied by your entry fee and required photographs. If your photographs are taken by a professional photographer, please include a release form from the photographer giving us permision to use the photographs on our website and for potential advertisement. Ads sold for the program MUST BE POSTMARKED by May 15th. For ad sale requirements and an ad form, click here. If you have any questions, contact Debbie Foot. Information and entry forms for each age division can be found by clicking here. We have already started accepting entry forms for every division. Entry forms for each division are available online. The forms are formatted for you to type in your information online then print out the form and mail it in. We prefer for the entry forms to be typed versus hand written to make them easier to read. If you are experiencing any difficulty in doing this, please contact us and we will try to fix any complications. We would appreciate it if you could mail your entry form, notarized liability release form (this needs to be hand written), photographs and entry fee in the same envelope. We have some great prizes for top ad sales again this year! Each contestant that sells $500 or more in ads will receive a trophy plaque. Each contestant that sells $1,000 or more in ads will receive a trophy plaque and a trophy buckle. The contestant that sells the most ads over $1,000 will receive a trophy plaque, trophy buckle and trophy saddle! Each contestant in the Miss, Teen, Junior and Princess Division must sell at least $100 in ads. All ads MUST BE POSTMARKED by May 15th to be included in the program. An ad form can be found by clicking here. We also have a reconcilation form that MUST be filled out and returned with your ads. This form will be filled out by the contestant and will be a list of each ad sold. This will help us to keep track of the ads so that we can be sure each ad is included in the program. If there is a discrepency about any ads, we will defer to the reconciliation sheet that you send in to us so be sure it is filled out accurately.
