The Miss Rodeo Arkansas Pageant is held annually to select young ladies,
competing in five different age categories,  who have the desire and
enthusiasm to serve as  goodwill ambassadors for the sport of
professional rodeo and the state of Arkansas.  The Miss Rodeo Arkansas
Pageant is modeled after the Miss Rodeo America Pageant with
contestants competing in four categories:  Horsemanship, Personality,
Speech, and Appearance.

The pageant will be held in conjunction with the Crossett Riding Club
PRCA Rodeo scheduled for July 30 - August 2, 2008.   This year the
pageant will offer five age categories for competition!  The Miss, Teen,
Junior and Princess contestants will be competing on Friday, August 1st
and Saturday, August 2nd.  The Sweetheart contestants will be competing
on Saturday, August 2nd only.  A detailed schedule will follow as the

Entry forms for ALL categories must be postmarked by June 30th!!
